STORES & INVENTORY MODULE

The Inventory Module consists of six basic sub modules, which record and track material inventory. The module defaults to three common inventory modes; production, workshop, and office supplies. However, it can be customized according to customer needs. The default sub modules are as follows:

Product Inventory Management System (PIMS) - Keeps track of product inventory.

Engineering & Laboratory Inventory System (ELIS) - Monitors engineering and lab materials.

Maintenance & Spare Parts System (MSPS) - Monitors maintenance and spare part inventory.

Raw Material & Component System (RMCS) - Handles raw material and component inventory.

Project Costing & Analysis System (RCAS) - Undertakes cost-benefit analysis.

Inventory Replenishment & Reorder System (IRRS) - Keeps track of all inventory sub modules and generates automatic re-order or notification in the event of inventory depletion.
